OUR DOCTORS
Dr. Dominique Puyat is a board-certified dermatologist who earned her medical degree from De La Salle Health and Medical Sciences Institute and completed her residency training at Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center. She currently practices as an active consultant at Gentrimed Hospital and The Medical City Clinics - Estancia. She is also a visiting consultant at St. Clare’s Medical Center and serves as a medical specialist at one of the Department of Health (DOH) facilities in Tagaytay.
Beyond her aesthetic and clinical dermatology practice, Dr. Puyat is a DOH accredited HIV counselor and advocate—a role she holds close to her heart. She believes in the importance of education, empathy, and accessible healthcare, and continues to make a meaningful impact both within the medical community and in the lives of her patients. Her dedication to the profession extends beyond the clinic, guided by a sincere commitment to serve with integrity and purpose.
Dr. Dominique Puyat, MD, DPDS
Dr. Marian Macapagal is a board-certified dermatologist who completed her residency at Makati Medical Center, with additional training in laser surgery at Ramathibodi Hospital in Bangkok. A UST graduate for both pre-med (Physical Therapy) and Medicine, she blends science, aesthetics, and empathy to create personalized, patient-centered care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys working out, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her loved ones—including her cats.

Philip Cedrick Lorena, MD, DPDS
Dr. Philip is a dedicated board-certified dermatologist with nearly four years of experience in both clinical and aesthetic dermatology. Finishing his specialization at Makati Medical Center, he combines his medical expertise with a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin.
(Dr. Philip offers a comprehensive range of dermatologic services, including advanced injectables such as dermal fillers, biostimulators, threads, and botulinum toxin treatments. He is also skilled in performing essential dermatologic procedures like excisions, biopsies, and cautery to address various skin concerns.)

Dianne Mary Cel R. Joaquino, MD, DPBA
Dr. Jacqueline “Lian” Joaquino-Sia is a board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMMC) and completed her 6-year training in General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Makati Medical Center. She is a fellow of the Philippine Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (PAPRAS) and the Philippine College of Surgeons (PCS)
She is currently affiliated with Makati Medical Center and Delos Santos Medical Center, and serves as Head of the Surgical Division at the East Avenue National Specialty Center for Burn Care.
Guided by the belief that plastic surgery should enhance rather than alter, she focuses on natural proportions and anatomy to create results that endure beyond passing trends. Known for her approachable and compassionate demeanor, she prioritizes patient safety and well-being at every step of the journey.

Dr. Brian Rainier T. Herradura is a dedicated and experienced Anesthesiologist committed to providing exceptional care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMMC), where he also completed his residency training in Anesthesiology. During his senior year, he served as Chief Resident, further honing his leadership and clinical skills. With over five years of clinical experience, he is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based anesthesia care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
He is currently affiliated as a visiting consultant at UERM Medical Center and Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Known for his meticulous and patient-centered approach, Dr. Herradura ensures that every aspect of his practice is guided by current research and the highest standards of safety.
Dr. John Marquis K. Joaquino, MD, DPBPS
Dr. "JM" Joaquino is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic body contouring, including liposuction, breast augmentation, and buttock enhancement. With eight years of surgical training—three in General Surgery and three in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery—he combines meticulous technique with a tactile, anatomy-driven approach to achieve natural results through small, discreet incisions. His expertise in reconstructive methods, such as flap procedures and wound care, informs his aesthetic practice, enhancing safety and outcomes. A two-time Chief Fellow during training, Dr. Joaquino is a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Plastic Surgery and an active PAPRAS member, underscoring his professional rigor.
Rooted in empathy and active listening, Dr. Joaquino’s patient care prioritizes individualized goals and trust.
